Track 3 is Three Part Breathing. Based on a powerful yoga breathing technique, explore different styles of breath which increase oxygen supply to the blood, calming the mind and body.
Track 4 is A Calmer Breath. Strengthen your mind-body connection and create calmness.
Track 5 is Declutter and Create Space. This session combines many of the techniques from previous sessions, to allow for a deeper exploration.
Track 6 is Find Your Calm. Explore affirmations as a path to calmness.
Track 7 is A Tranquil Journey. Lie back and follow the calming storyline with your imagination.
Track 8 is Turning Anxiety into Love and Joy. This track combines breathing, body awareness, and imagination to help you release anxiety and return to love and joy.
Track 9 is a bonus 15-Minute Mind-Body Relaxation. This 15 minute session is for those times you need a longer and deeper mind-body relaxation.
Track 10 is Delta Sleep Track. Listen to this once you're in bed ready to sleep. Let the track release you from the thoughts of the day and sink you into a deep relaxing sleep.
Some people only use the tracks and not read the books, which is completely sufficient and will bring you great benefits on it's own. However I included the books (without increasing the price) as extra resources to learn more and experience an even greater transformation for those who want it.
That's completely up to you. Some people listen first thing in the morning as a way to set their day up on the right note, some prefer to listen at night as a way to clear their mind and sink themselves into sleep, some listen in the middle of the day to give themselves a quick re-balancing break. Some even listen multiple times each day. You'll find what works best for you.
The short answer is no you don't. However, to experience the MAXIMUM benefits, it is recommended to make it a daily routine. Consistency is a powerful thing when it comes to mindfulness. With consistent practice you can go deeper, you'll find you are more mindful and all benefits of calmness, creativity, and self-awareness will grow stronger and be more evident in your day to day experience of life the more you practice. In saying that, some people use the tracks as a time-to-time thing, which is completely ok, and will still be extremely beneficial.
