What happens when you combine Ancient Mindfulness techniques with Modern Day Technology?
Hi, I'm Greg, and I want to show you the ultimate technique to activate your body's relaxation response. You can use this anytime to quickly alleviate stress, or as a daily practice for maximum longterm benefit.
Here's what happened
During university I started meditating. I saw enormous improvements in my grades, my creativity, and my overall enjoyment of life...
But I couldn't maintain my meditation because it was too inconvenient and somewhat difficult... I'd go for a few weeks, then for one reason or another... I'd just stop meditating.
It was frustrating...
Sometimes it was because "I didn't have time", sometimes I just found it "difficult to sit and focus", and sometimes I'd stop without any particular reason at all...
Over the next few years, many times over I experienced the highs and lows which came with a meditation practice I couldn't quite keep.
Then one day, after quitting a job I hated, I set off to explore the possibilities of what the mind could do...
And over the next 5 years, the journey took on a life of its own...
I Travelled to Australia, Thailand, Cambodia, Spain, Brazil and Germany... INHALING every ounce of knowledge about meditation, mindfulness, and the mind-body connection.
I investigated TRADITIONAL ZEN PRACTICES and researched what MODERN SCIENCE knows today about the power of the mind.
This world exposed many truths (and falsehoods) about stress, mindfulness, and the power of our brains. And it was surprising to see how many people were struggling with meditation practices that just didn't work for them.
3 Keys To Quickly Activate Your Body's Relaxation Response
The most significant thing I noted is how stress builds up...and when we DON'T release stress we get sick, diseased, unhappy, and problems arise in life (this is particularly urgent in today's fast paced Western societies).
So I went searching for the best meditation, mindfulness, and brain training techniques: looking at what worked and what didn't, what was sustainable, what was enjoyable, and what avoided the common "meditation problems" that people face.
Key Number 1: IT MUST BE FAST
Don't get me wrong, there's a place for longer traditional meditation.... But the honest truth is: TIME is often the difference between doing it and not.
Think about this: You try and meditate every day. For the first 2 weeks it goes great, but on the third week you're really busy, and you skip a few days. Then the next week you skip a few more. Then before you know it, you're not meditating at all. When meditation requires a long time commitment, it can be easy to get discouraged.
That's exactly what happened to me over and over again. I was missing out on the benefits until someone suggested I start doing LESS.
By doing less, you do more!
Key Number 2. Deep Relaxation Music
Deep Relaxation music works, full stop.
It makes meditation interesting, immediately enjoyable (very important), and helps to get your mind into the relaxation rhythm.
There's a wealth of research about the benefits of relaxation music, especially when combined with meditation techniques.
Key Number 3. Binaural Beats
Binaural Beats are the powerful final piece of the system.
Binaural Beats occur when audio tones of two slightly different frequencies are embedded into a music track. Your left ear and right ear hear slightly different sounds, which causes your brain hear a third, illusionary tone.
Low-frequency binaural beats are associated with mental relaxation, while high-frequency beats with alertness and concentration (Journal of Psychological Research).
Several studies have attempted to control mood states using binaural beats. They reported a decrease in tension, anxiety, confusion, and fatigue. (Chaieb et al., 2015)
With the correct sequencing, Binaural Beats are a safe, natural, and powerful way to quickly activate the relaxation response.
With fresh passion, I researched, tested, and developed the system further... I got in contact with the right people to create this the ultimate program AND...
